Lionel Messi whose full name is Lionel Andrés was born on June 24, 1987, in a place called Rosario in Argentina. He started showing his passion for playing football at a tender age in 1995. This is when he joined a team of Newell’s Old Boys youth. It is a football club based in Rosario.
