Michael Strahan is journalist, former football player, and a tv personality from America. His full name is Michael Antony Strahan. However, he played for fifteen years the New York Giants as a defensive player .

The famous journalist was born on November 21st, 1971 at Texas in US. Therefore, he is 52 years old. His parents are Louise Strahan and Gene Strahan. Louise was a basketball coach while Gene was an army major. His uncle Art Strahan was a defensive lineman at NFL. So, Michael studied at Westbury high school and Manheim American High School. He played for Mannheim as the line bucker in the year 1985.

However, he has married twice. His first marriage was to Wanda Hutchins who is a business woman in America. They got married in 1992. However, they split in the year 1996. Together, they had two children together, Tanita and Michael. Following his divorce, he married Jean Muggli in the year 1999. They sired twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella .Unfortunately it ended with a divorce in the year 2006. Strahan was ordered to pay $ 18,000 child support monthly. He later got engaged to Nicole Mitchell in August, 2009. They called off the engagement in the year 2014.
Career
So, he begun his professional career by playing for New York Giants in the year 1993. However, he did not play for long due to injuries. Later, he joined 2000 Giants and played for it, although it lost to Minnesota Vikings. Again, he signed a contact with them in the year 2002. Between the years 2001 and 2003, he was named as the most agile defensive player. He retired from NFL on June 2008.
There after, he joined media the same year he retired. Also, he begun his journalism career at Fox NFL Sunday hosting the Thursday Night Football. Additionally, he co hosted with Kelly Ripa in the show Live with Regis and Kelly .
