From the year 2004, She has been an anchor at WDIV-TV in Detroit. Before she joined WDIV, she had worked for three years at WSVN in the position of a general assignment reporter. Later, she was promoted to Saturday morning anchor. While still working at WSVN, she covered eventualities such as the Elian Gonzalez saga, Timothy McVeigh’s execution, and the Presidential election in the year 2000. Moreover, she covered the Presidential Inauguration in 2009. Again, in March 2014, during President Obama’s visit to Pope Francis, she traveled to Vatican City for coverage.
