Lee’s career started after graduating, and got his first job at KESQ in Palm Springs, the “Desert’s news leader.” Where he covered high school football, crime, wildfires, the Christopher Dorner manhunt, and hundreds of stories in between. Lee accepted a job at KABC in Los Angeles as the Orange County reporter After four years in the desert. Furthermore, he spent five years in the OC covering the community of two hurricanes and the excitement around the super bowl.
At a young age, lee always wanted to be a journalist, his mother tells him that he used to walk around their house, with a fake microphone babbling away even before he could walk or talk. His passion for journalism grew bigger as he grew older and realized that it was not just a career but an obligation to seek the truth and a responsible.

Additionally, he was the DJ on the radio station and could do anything he got his hands on in this field.
